Pho • has long been a traditional dish and one of the typical dishes of Vietnamesecuisine. Any visitor coming to Vietnam wants to try this dish once and loves Pho ever since. Because of that, Bánh Appétit wants to bring the flavor of his homeland to customers in the US, so that people far from home can find the same taste of Pho from home, or people in other countries can feel better understand the taste of pure Vietnamese Pho right where you live.

type of bread with many thin layers of
flour rolled together. The smell of butter is hidden between the layers of flour, making
the cake become especially delicious.

I stumbled upon this place and I’m so glad I did! The pastries are amazing-flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweetness. And the pho was so comforting and flavorful. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more.

I had high expectations for this place and it did not disappoint. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, the croissants were buttery and flaky, and the boba tea was perfectly sweet and satisfying. It is so rare to find a place that does both French and Vietnamese cuisine justice, but this place definitely nailed it.

What a hidden gem! The boba was deliciously refreshing and the vermicelli bowl was packed with fresh veggies and tender meat. I felt like I was transported to Vietnam with every bite. And of course, the French pastries were a perfect sweet ending to my meal. Highly recommended!
